Optional order updates by text — what you are agreeing to, and how to stop.
Last updated 28 October 2026
When you order a card you can give us a mobile number and ask to be texted when it is on its way. It is optional. You can buy a card without it, and nothing about your order changes if you leave it blank.
The box you tick, word for word
This appears at the checkout step on snapacard.com/create, beneath an optional “Your mobile” field. It is unchecked by default, and it cannot be ticked until a valid US mobile number has been entered:
Shown here for reference, exactly as it appears at checkout. Both controls are disabled on this page — the working pair is on snapacard.com/create, at the step where you give us the address the card is going to.
What that means, point by point
- Who texts you. SnapACard, and nobody else. We do not sell or share your number, and we never text on behalf of another company.
- What the messages are. Order updates about a card you have bought — that it has been posted, and that it has been delivered. No marketing, no offers, no newsletters.
- How often. Up to 2 messages per card ordered. Message frequency varies with your order and stops when your cards arrive.
- What it costs. Nothing from us. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email support@snapacard.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
We store the number you give us, the exact wording you agreed to, and the moment you agreed, so that we can show what you consented to. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with anyone. Our privacy policy has the detail, and the SMS terms are in our terms of service.
